Company ProfileMichael Gilson, the managing member and qualifying party, has been in the Phoenix area since 1979. He was involved in solar energy and home energy conservation through 1985. In 1886 he received his first general contractor license. In 1994 he formed Accurate Estimating Services to assist general contractors with professional home designing, remodeling estimating, and obtaining through the city, building permits. The demand for these services has led us to form Arcadia Design Build LLC a full service residential design build company. Our company philosophy is to combine all the elements of major remodeling and custom home building under one roof. We have on premises structural designers, interior designers, landscape designers, professional estimators, and full blueprinting and on site reprographic services. We are licensed with the registrar of contractors to plan, coordinate, and execute any and all of your remodeling or custom home building needs.
